How we bake.
At hy, an on-site kitchen makes the pastries, buns and rolls, while our sourdough loaves and classic croissants come from Noble Bakery in Dubai. Fresh sourdough, classic pastries and Asian-inspired bakery favourites sit alongside breakfast and lunch, with Uji matcha and specialty coffee at the bar. Every part belongs to the same place and the same point of view.

Two kitchens behind the whole day.
Our on-site kitchen makes the pastries, buns and rolls and finishes everything in the café; our sourdough loaves and classic croissants are made fresh by Noble Bakery in Dubai. It is the practical heart of hy: one place for the breads, pastries and café food that carry the day from morning to night.
