Lunch at hy Bakery runs 12–4pm every day on Level 3, Section B of The Galleria Al Maryah Island, in ADGM. Choose a protein plate, a Tokyo katsu sando or crispy chicken bao, or one of our focaccia sandwiches (served all day), then add Uji matcha or specialty coffee. Dine in, take it with you, or call ahead and collect.

- Where: Level 3, Section B, The Galleria Al Maryah Island, in ADGM, a short walk from ADGM Square. Park in Section B.

Lunch is served 12–4pm every day. Breakfast is served all day from 8am, and our focaccia sandwiches are available all day too. The café is open 8am–10pm Sunday to Thursday and 8am–midnight on Friday and Saturday.
